My only friend, the end
Yes this is the end. This is the last day of my senior project. My four weeks of blogging for my senior project has come to an end. Through it all I have gone through four weeks of intensive writing, where over that time I wrote more than I ever have in my life. As I talked about earlier, it was a real learning experience trying to put out quality writing with the large quantity of writing I was asked to produce. Did I do a good job? I think so. Were there times where I didn’t? Unfortunately yes. I never intended to, but sometimes the assignments I was given, I wasn’t that passionate about writing. For example, trying to write for the Texas Longhorns was brutal. I didn’t care about the team and had zero interest in them. However, thanks to being on my high schools newspaper, I have had experience before being forced to write a story you are not excited about, but even so it is never fun. You just bight lip and produce content. Even so, you don’t always enjoy producing the content and therefore it is not the work you are most proud of. That being said, you can never let your disgruntlement affect your writing and let it derail the content’s quality. That being said when you are given assignments you are excited and passionate about writing, that is when writing gold is created, and so I present to you my top 10 favorite pieces I wrote:

Overall I really liked my senior project. It was a fun thing to do because I got to do what I like most- write.
Now onto the final edition of sports bullet points:
- Dallas won last night in a heated (pun intended) game. Dirks late game heroics displayed that he should be mentioned among the greats. Honestly I see this series going either way. Nonetheless, basketball fans are in for a real treat, this series will be fun to watch.
- Twins won last night and there bats were on fire, scoring 8 runs last night. I think this games proves that in a last ditch resort, the Twins have decided to take Player Enhancing Drugs. My only problem is that they should have been taking a PED’s a long time ago. Now if they aren’t taking PED’s (which, seriously, they probably aren’t) hopefully this means times are changing in twinkie town, and hopefully they are going to get back to their winning ways.
