After not having the internet at all yesterday, today we got the internet back, thank God. I guess some cord was shot or old or something, so someone put in a new one. I don’t really know, but just so long as we have the internet that is all that I care about, because, well I need it to do my job.
Not much happened today, except for just blogging. I really enjoyed writing my blog posts on the Gophers and the Twins, which you should all check out and can find on the sidebar on the right. You should also read the others, but those two I enjoyed writing the most today. The gopher’s one is about academics and the twins one is about how they should get back to their roots - having good pitching and playing top-notch defense.
Anyway, besides seeing some massive PDA by a middle age couple earlier this morning when the bus dropped me off and a crazy Egyptian guy entering the store, late this afternoon, and calling our business illegal (which it is not) and then saying he is going to report us to the government, today has been pretty uneventful.
Hence we hither over to another edition of bullet points talking about the NBA playoffs, basketball and other stuff.
- Well the Mavs are heading to the NBA finals I know people are shocked that the Thunder blew a 15 point lead and the game, and while even I admit I am shocked they blew a 15 point lead, I am not surprised they lost the games: anytime a team has 25 turnovers in a game the team will loose. Plain and simple, the Thunder’s inexperience ended up being there Achilles tendon. Why? Because inexperienced young teams commit turnovers, while experienced veteran teams, like the Mavs, don’t commit turnovers.
