The two biggest drinkers of Haterade square off in the decade’s definitive battle of ultimate bigotry this Sunday on PPV as World of Hate Entetainment (WHE) presents Hateamania I: KKK vs. WBC

Hatemania I is sponsored exclusively by Haterade
(I made that headline up just to get your attention, and the whole theme of Wrestlemania/a professional wrestling pay per view is never seen in the story again.)

So hey, did you hear about the time when the KKK fought the Westboro Baptist Church?

No, this is not a set up to a joke - even though it sounds like it should be - instead it turns out this event actually happened all while the President of the United States was about to conduct a ceremony for memorial day. I found it today in work while I was surfing the internet for information to blog about. Check out the story here

You can read it if you want, but long story short: the KKK counter protested the Westboro Baptist Church.

Here are a couple things I took note of while reading the story:

Shocked the KKK didn’t try to assassinate Obama.

Talk about a rough day for the secret service. Because the KKK is near our President, every single sound or bristle in the wind scares the crap out of you because you are expecting one of those bigots to try to assassinate the head of state. I just imagined one of the secret service people tackling President Obama while he was remembering our fallen heroes thinking a gun shot went off, only to awkwardly get up and embarrassingly say in the microphone, “False alarm.”

Is it wrong of me to be proud of the KKK for doing this? (I can’t believe I just said that, but in the grand scope of things this is probably one of the most dignifying acts the only dignifying act the KKK has ever done)

Just when you start rooting for the KKK for going head to head with the WBC, and saying things like this: "It's the soldier that fought and died and gave them that right to free speech,” said Dennis LaBonte, the self-described "Imperial Wizard" of the KKK group that he said he formed several years ago. (Side note: never thought I’d say this either- but the Wizard is right. The WBC is idiotic for protesting soldiers, when they are the ones who give them the ability to do the crap they do. Hey, WBC, if you are gonna be a hate group at least be a smart hate group. That being said, its best not to be a hate group in general.) The KKK says a thing like this: “LaBonte (The Wizard Dude) insisted he is not a racist nor a "hate-monger," but said he believes the white race is "slowly and most assuredly being denigrated."”

Listen LaBonte, I don’t know you or anything, but here is some advice: When you say you are part of the KKK most people associate that with being a racist, homophobic and anti-Semitic person. So, if you don’t want to be considered a “hate monger” and you just believe the white race is "slowly and most assuredly being denigrated," instead of joining the KKK, do what other idiotic white people who think that usually do: join the Tea Party.

Onto some sports bullet points:
  • Can’t really talk about the NBA Finals because the game is being played unil tonight, but as I said earlier I think the Heat will win in 6.
  • Anyway, how about that Jim Tressel? His only problem is that he got caught.
Anyway until next time…
