And it worked. There is nothing, and I mean nothing like a Brugers Bagel to wake you up in the morning.
Anyway, I sort of liked the breakfast. It was nice to catch up with people and fellow classmates I hadn’t seen in awhile. And the whole packet they gave us, about how we needed have some of our supervisors sign some stuff, made sense. Besides, it is pretty easy if you ask me.
However, I do know of some people that complained about it and the fact they needed to get up so early for it. I say BS, it was no different then the school day, suck it up and quite being a pre-Madonna
We also got yearbooks today. They are pretty cool if you ask me, good job IBID Staff.
Ok now onto to some sports bullet points, (mainly basketball, as usual):
- Dirk is unstoppable. That 48 point game sounded like one of those Arvydas Sabonis legendary games people use to talk about. If Dirk keeps playing like that, might as well hand them title. However I am still wary about the Mavs considering there habit to always choke in the playoff. That being said, as I wrote about in a previous blog post, the Mavs can win this series because they can control the tempo of the game and the Thunder have a horrible half court offense because Russell Westbrook is an erratic point guard.
- As far as the Bulls and Heat series goes, that series is a crapshoot and depending on whether or not the bulls will receive a fare amount of offense from players other than D-Rose, will be the deciding factor. We know all the Bulls can play really good defense, but we don’t if all the Bulls are above average consistent offensive players.
- Before I go I am thinking about getting a T-shirt with David Kahn’s face on it and test below that reads, “I support this mad scientist.”
